To flip the cartridge out, I only push the flip button inside the higher left corner on the unit, much like my genuine auto critical. The Screen is good, pretty vivid, and easy to go through which has a valuable puff counter. To reset the puff counter, I press the bigger spherical button near the monitor, that's the fireplace button, at the same ti
